We like the Sovi better, but this one works too. That’s not a dismissal — “works” is more than most non-alcoholic rosé manages, and if this is what’s in front of you it will do the job perfectly well. Side by side, though, the Sovi is drier and more interesting, and at similar money that’s where the choice lands.
