If a bar has mocktails, they’re probably made from Seedlip. Haven’t found a straight-up zero-alcohol cocktail I like with these, but making low-ABV cocktails with them (substitute the gin, keep the rest alcohol) is a nice way to slow down, and those taste good. The Spice 94 was probably the best of the three (Garden 108, Grove 42, Spice 94) for this.
