A really excellent rendition of sweet vermouth — it can substitute for the real thing in a mocktail with no apologies. Quite high on the sugar, though, so be careful how much of the evening you build on it. Vermouth is a smart thing to recreate without alcohol, since so much of its character is botanical and aromatic rather than spirituous. This is one of the most genuinely useful bottles here.
