A nice premixed Aperol-spritz-like thing. The spritz is one of the easier cocktails to render without alcohol — it’s built on bitterness and bubbles more than on spirit — and having it premixed removes the last bit of friction. Not a replacement for building one properly from the Pathfinder bottle, but a good thing to have in the fridge for when you want the shape of a spritz and no assembly.
