Super tasty. It doesn’t taste at all like wine and isn’t meant to — but it takes wine’s place, emotionally and practically, which is the more useful thing. Not too much sugar, either. The salt is what makes it work: it gives the raspberry somewhere to push against, so the drink reads as savoury and considered rather than fruity.
