Darn good approximation of a cosmo, if cosmos were your thing. Medium-sugary, but not toooo bad. Add a few drops of “Kiki” bitters from Bitter Tears and it adds a little more bite without altering the flavor much. Would probably also benefit from a squeeze of lime.
