This stuff is fantastic. It’s not a direct analog to anything in particular — it’s just a non-alcoholic “spirit” that stands on its own and has a nice balance of citrus and smoky and spicy. You can drink it alone, and it has tremendous potential for original mocktails if you put some creativity into it. So much potential. Also claims to have positive effects from the lion’s mane and Palo Santo (sustainably harvested) in it, if that’s your thing. Only reason it’s a runner-up is I haven’t found the right mocktail to make with it yet. Pretty good with Peychaud’s bitters and soda, though.
