I like this stuff too, but it’s hard to put in a category and it spoils really quickly — which is a genuine practical problem rather than a quibble. A bottle you have to finish within days changes how you buy it. Worth trying if the adaptogenic angle appeals, but check the shelf life before you plan an evening around it.
