Probably the best “gin” I’ve ever tasted — nice, robust flavour, and definitely heavy on the juniper, just in case that isn’t what you want. Five stars is not handed out often here. What earns it is that the bottle has actual conviction: most non-alcoholic gins hedge toward vague botanicals, and this one commits. Pair it with a good tonic and you have a real drink.
