Super delicious. Not exactly a Campari replacement, but adjacent, and probably best in a spritzer where the soda opens it up. One drawback worth mentioning: there’s a slightly off smell to it. It doesn’t carry through to the taste, but you’ll notice it in the glass, and it’s the only thing keeping this out of the top tier.
