Interesting flavour, but it doesn’t quite do it for me. It feels like it has potential as an ingredient in a larger mocktail rather than as a finished drink — there’s something there worth building on, it just isn’t assembled yet. Worth a look if you like tinkering; less so if you want to open a can and be done.
